I have you covered for Fun and effective group exercise out in the community and 1-1 Personal Training sessions from my Private home studio in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Classes are delivered both face to face and using our On demand library. All sessions are welcoming and suitable from complete beginners to those with plenty of experience.

Each class and PT session is always enjoyable and sometimes you don't realise how much you are pushing yourself because of how fun it is!
When I work out with Clare I always feel good in myself physically and mentally, my clothes fit better, I feel stronger and I have a lot more energy and motivation.
Boogie Bounce is so much fun and such a good work out. The class isn't intimidating so great for all abilities with Great music. It's so hard not to smile the whole way through because Clare is so energetic and enthusiastic!
I have previously tried yoga which was not suited to me, but I have found I absolutely love Pure stretch and surprised myself with my progress throughout the year. I'd highly recommend any of Clare's classes

Hi, I'm Clare Maiden and I am passionate about Women’s fitness. Having been in the industry for 10 years, I am fully qualified with lots of experience to teach, guide and support you through every stage of your fitness journey.
Being a mum to four beautiful girls keeps me firmly in the real world of knowing how hard it can be to balance out family life, and the importance of selfcare and exercise. If you feel great then everyone around you is going to benefit.
When I'm not teaching or running around after the kids, you'll find me planning my next travelling adventure or training for a fitness event.
