I offer a balanced approach to training, combining strength, cardio, mobility and flexibility, so you can progress safely, enjoy your workouts and see results that last.

Whether you want to tone up, build strength, improve fitness, boost mobility or simply feel better in yourself, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Choose from fun, effective community group classes or 1-to-1 Personal Training from my private home studio in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Sessions are available in person and through our On-Demand library, and all classes are welcoming, friendly and suitable for complete beginners right through to experienced exercisers.

Each class and PT session is always enjoyable and sometimes you don't realise how much you are pushing yourself because of how fun it is!

When I work out with Clare I always feel good in myself physically and mentally, my clothes fit better, I feel stronger and I have a lot more energy and motivation.

About me

Hi, I’m Clare 

I know how easy it is to put yourself last.

Between family life, work and the constant juggle of everyday responsibilities, finding time for you can feel impossible. I understand that feeling deeply, because I live it too.

I’m Clare, a women’s fitness coach with over 12 years’ experience and a mum to four girls. My life is busy, full and wonderfully real and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping women prioritise themselves without guilt.

I believe fitness should help you feel strong, confident and energised, not exhausted, judged or overwhelmed. My classes are welcoming, supportive and designed for real women with real lives, whether you’re taking your first step into fitness, returning after time away, or ready to push yourself further.

For me, exercise is about so much more than appearance. It’s about how you feel in your body, how you move through your day, and how you show up for your life. When you feel good in yourself, everything else benefits, your confidence, your energy, your family and your happiness.

When I’m not teaching or spending time with my girls, you’ll often find me planning my next travel adventure or training for a fitness event. I love setting goals but I love helping you achieve yours even more.

You don’t need to be fit to start.
You just need to start and I’ll be right there with you 💜
