All PT sessions are run from a Private brand-new air conditioned home studio located in the HP19 area in Aylesbury Bucks. Studio size is 3.7m x 5.m Training equipment available: Power rack - Squat rack, Lat Pulldown and Low Row, Dip Handle, Landmine attachment, Bench KO8 Suspension training system - Including Bungee resistance. Cable based resistance training equipment. Mini Trampoline & Free weights including Barbells Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Slam balls Other - Plyo box, Battle ropes, Stability balls, Skipping ropes, thero bands, Booty bands, Step and much more.
