Class and Membership information, Terms & Conditions

All memberships are payable one month in advance with no joining fee.

Membership price is based on 12 equal monthly payments with classes running for 47 weeks of the year – 235 classes in total including Bank holidays.

The Membership date starts on the initial purchase date and is payable on this date continuously once a month in advance. Payments are automatically taken from the account used to set up the membership via stripe.

Membership is automatically set up for 12 months from your initial payment date but rolls on a monthly basis. Please see below if you need to leave us before then.

New On demand library

Now you can have unlimited access  365 days a year to a range of workouts as part of your Bronze +, Family Bronze, Gold and Family Gold or On demand only membership.

Perfect if you can’t make it in for your class, want to add in extra sessions, are away on holiday or to keep on track when classes are not running. you access to the recordings.

Bronze Membership -  £32 per month  

Credits are based on booking into and attending 1 in person class per week.

When membership is taken out one day is selected to work out the total 47 sessions for the year. On the months where there are more sessions available on the calendar for your selected day an extra credit will be manually added to your account. Instructor holiday: Credits will be adjusted to reflect this. If you would still like to come to class on a different session that week you will need to pay an additional fee. Please see you instructor for details of how to pay. When all classes are running then you may book into any one session of that week or book them across the month to suit you. 

If you can no longer make it to your booked session - Please cancel through the app so we can start the session on time and it allows others to book on to our busier sessions. If you cancel with a minimum of 24 hrs notice  then you will automatically receive a credit to enable you to rebook the class. Less than 24 hours’ notice and you will lose your credit.

Bronze Membership +  £37 per month  

Credits are based on booking into and attending 1 in person class per week and gives you unlimited access to our On demand Library of workouts.

On the months where there are more sessions available on the calendar for your selected day an extra credit will be manually added to your account. Instructor holiday: Credits will be adjusted to reflect this. When all classes are running then you may book into any one session of that week or book them across the month to suit you.

 Silver Memberships £55 per month

Credits are based on booking into and attending 2 in person classes per week. 

When membership is taken out 2 day or sessions  are selected to work out the 92 total sessions for the year. On the months where there are more sessions available on the calendar for your selected day/s  any extra credits will be manually added to your account. Instructor holiday: Credits will be adjusted to reflect this. If you would still like to come to class/s on a different session that week you will need to pay an additional fee. Please see you instructor for details of how to pay. When all classes are running then you may book into any two sessions of that week or book them across the month to suit you. 

If you can no longer make it to your booked session - Please cancel through the app so we can start the session on time and it allows others to book on to our busier sessions. If you cancel with a minimum of 24 hrs notice  then you will automatically receive a credit to enable you to rebook the class. Less than 24 hours’ notice and you will lose your credit.

Gold Membership - £60 per month

You have unlimited access to book into all in person classes with availability and have unlimited access to the On demand Library.

If you can no longer make it to your in person booked session - Please cancel through the app so we can start the session on time and it allows others to book on to our busier sessions.

On demand only membership - £20 per month

Can’t make it into any in person classes? No problem.

 You can have unlimited access to our on demand library.

Bronze family Membership £44 per month:1 adult & 1 child

Also includes the T's and C's of the Bronze membership above.

Check the class is suitable for both your child and yourself before booking. You will need to create a sub account to be able to book the child in to a class. If the child is no longer able to make a booked session then their credit is lost. Children must be accompanied to class and remain your responsibility at all times. Boogie Bounce is suitable from 8 years, Purestretch from 11years and Kettlebells from 16 years.

Gold family Membership - £70 per month: 1 adult & 1 child.

Also includes the T's and C's of the Gold membership above.

If the child is no longer able to make a booked session then the credit is lost. Children must be accompanied to class and remain your responsibility at all times. On Demand resources: The member takes full responsibility of supervising the under 16 in the appropriate age related sessions.

What does on demand include?

These sessions include both equipment and non-equipment based workouts lasting 30-50 mins include Boogie bounce, Body tone, Kettlebell and Purestretch

sessions. I will be adding new sessions to this monthly.

 Once you have purchased your membership, access is granted through your Gymcatch account under the On Demand section. Head to the fitness provider -  Clare Fit profile page to view. You will need to purchase and pay using your  current running membership (at no extra fee). There will be a password that allows you access to the videos. if you would like to use a different device to view your workout just head to the main Gymcatch website page and log into your account.

 Upgrading a current membership

This can be set up at the beginning or end of the of the month with a couple of days notice given to allow me expire your current membership to allow you to purchase the new membership. Any remaining credits on your current membership will be refunded and any future booked classes cancelled under the old membership. Please be aware the new membership payment date will now change.


Downgrading a current membership

Please let me know as soon as possible with a minimum of 3 days’ notice before your next monthly payment is due. This ensures the next payment isn’t taken and has time to be adjusted to the new membership price allowing the new membership payment to be made on the due date. Please note no downgrades are permitted in the months of  November/December or July/August due to nature of how the membership run.


Cancelling your Membership

If you choose to leave us then please let me know as soon as possible with a minimum of  3 days’ notice before your monthly payment is due. This ensures the next payment isn’t taken from your account and your membership is expired.

If you choose to cancel your membership and then return within 2 months requesting a new membership then you will need to pay a re-joining fee of £25. 


Late/missed payments

If a billing interval payment fails the purchased instance of the membership will be placed In arrears. This causes the following:

·         A notification will be sent to the customer informing them of the failed payment.

·         No new event bookings will be allowed, using the membership as payment, until the arrears have been cleared.

·         The customer will be able to re-activate the membership by clearing all outstanding arrears to bring the billing unto date.


On the next billing date, if the membership is still In arrears then the membership will be marked as Failed. This causes the following:

·         A notification will be sent to the customer informing them of the cancelled membership.

·         All future event bookings made using the membership will be cancelled with no refund being processed.

·         No future bookings can be made using the membership.

·         As the membership is failed due to arrears, the customer will not be able to purchase a new instance of the membership.


Single rate classes 

These are available at the rate of £10 per session and can be directly booked using the class schedule (calendar) on Gymcatch.

If you can no longer make it to your booked session: Please cancel through the app so we can start the session on time. Unfortunately Single class bookings cannot be transferred to another session.

Extra sessions 

You can have a regular membership running and top up with a single class booking/'s at any time. When processing your single class booking swipe the payment method for across to pay by debit/credit card.

Substitute classes

Unfortunately Prebendal Farm Community Centre is not available to us for 8 Mondays of each year. When this happens we move the classes around the corner to Southcourt Community centre. 

A 6:30pm substitute class: Boogie Bounce circuits will run instead of the regular timetabled Boogie Bounce session. Feed back from our current members says they love this new session! A mix of bouncing fun (as we can transport some trampolines over) under the disco lights along side body weight exercises, suitable for all abilities of fitness. Our Kettlebell session is run as normal starting at 7:40pm. 

Classes will run at Southcourt Community centre, Prebendal Ave HP21 8LF on:

Monday 16th Sept, 21st Oct, 18th November,16th December 2024.

Mon 20th Jan,17th Feb,17th March, 21st April 2024.

No other classes will be effected. You can book in to Boogie Bounce circuits as normal but please be aware the close of booking is 9am on the day of class. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Instructor Sickness

In the event that a class doesn’t run due to sickness. All effected members will receive a partial refund based on the rate they paid for the monthly membership straight to the bank account the membership has been set up with. All refunds are made via stripe. If you were booked on to the session as a single rate then you will be offered a credit on to your gymcatch account or a refund. You instructor will also notify you when the refund has been processed.



Holiday dates 2024/25 – No face to face classes running.

Friday 28th June, Monday 1st July 

Wednesday 24th Dec - Friday 2nd January 2025.

First classes back are on Monday 5th January 2025.

Other dates will be given with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
