All classes are designed with every fitness levels in mind and are suitable for complete beginners. Options are given throughout every class to allow you to work to the best of your ability. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please check with a doctor before signing up to a new exercise program and declare these on your medical questionnaire when you book in. If you are unsure, please get in touch beforehand, as I am always happy to have a chat and advise.

Who else comes to class?

All shapes, sizes and ages are welcomed into all our sessions. Our Boogie bounce class is suitable for children to attend with their parents from age 8+. Most clients that attend are aged 20- 50yrs but there is absolutely no upper age limit, we have some very capable young ladies in their 60s who regularly attend and give us a run for our money. Please check each class descriptions for minimum age suitability.

Are you starting or returning to exercise after Pregnancy?

When ever you feel ready to exercise, it’s very important to not to overdo it. Even if you’re feeling great after having your baby, your body will have gone through big changes and needs time to recover. Our Purestretch class is suitable from 6 weeks after a Vaginal birth and 12 weeks after a Caesarean, once you've had your postnatal check . Due to the intensity of both Kettlebell and Boogie Bounce sessions these are only suitable from 12 weeks after both types of deliveries. Please declare if you have had a pregnancy in the last six months on your medical statement as you will need to complete a postpartum readiness questionnaire before you attend your first session. I offer a safe return to exercise personal training package which is suitable any time you are ready after your postnatal check. Please get in touch for more details.
